Combat PT Fitness
Combat PT Fitness is the most effective way of getting fitter, stronger, faster and having fun while you do so. We have the experience and knowledge to get you ready for public service training, We have helped many people prepare for military and police selection. Indoor or outdoor training. 1 to 1 or small group training Using training systems such as Hiit, boxing and circuit training. Outdoor military training and calisthenics which is full body workouts. Personal training packages start from £150 for 10, 30 minute sessions at a time to suit you,
Monday – Friday 10am to 6pm
Saturday– 10am to 6pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
